Cancellations
Jules requires at least 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make your appointment.
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be invoiced for the full price of the scheduled service. (Even if you didn’t get a reminder text/call from me)
Clients that cancel less than 24 hrs before their appointment (exception for emergencies) will be invoiced for 80% of scheduled service cost, (Unless I can fill your time slot).
Missed/Late cancel appointment payments can be made with Venmo, PayPal, credit or debit card over the phone or with cash or check in person. Payment must be made before your next appointment.
Massage Termination
Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind and your name will be given to the police. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language.
