Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This classic massage is perfect for anyone looking for rest and relaxation.
Experience a deeper level of healing on our specialized wellness mat, combining soothing infrared heat, cellular-recharging PEMF therapy, and rejuvenating red light.
The Biomat used at this spa is a Healthyline 2021-2022 TAJ series with PEMF Technology. (FDA -Registered Class II medical device)
Deep Tissue massage uses slow strokes to access deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It is used to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. My normal technique is a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques. (I do not give Extra Firm pressure as to safeguard my own well-being.)
Cupping can be used almost anywhere on the body to boost circulation, enhance tissue flexibility and move stagnant lymph fluids. Cupping is often described as the reverse of traditional massage; instead of kneading into the skin, the cups act as a vacuum which suction muscles and skin upward. Great for improving mobility and relieving pain.
Abdominal massage is a gentle, noninvasive treatment that can be especially helpful for digestive issues such as constipation, bloating and menstrual cramps. It has also been noted to assist with lower back discomfort. (This service is free. Request before session starts.)
Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for me to stay on schedule for all clients. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension.
Draping Policy
Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.
Massage Termination
Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind and your name will be given to the police. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language.
