Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This classic massage is perfect for anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.
Exfoliating Massage *
Experience rejuvinating exfoliation combined with a full-body massage. I use a dry textured gloves to gently exfoliate your skin throughout your massage. This process not only feels fantastic, it also removes dead skin cells and promotes circulation to brighten and refresh the skin. *(Only available during 90 min. sessions)
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage uses slow strokes to access deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It is used to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. My technique is a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.
Note: Deep Tissue vs Firm Pressure.
Firm pressure means to simply apply more pressure, whereas deep tissue means to use slower strokes to access deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. (I do not give Extra Firm pressure as to safeguard my own well-being)
Abominable Massage
Abdominal massage is a gentle, noninvasive treatment that can be especially helpful for digestive issues such as constipation, bloating and menstrual cramps. It has also been noted to assist with lower back discomfort. (This service is free. Request before session starts.)
Cupping Therapy
Cupping can be used almost anywhere on the body to boost circulation, enhance tissue flexibility and move stagnant lymph fluids. Cupping is often described as the reverse of traditional massage; instead of kneading into the skin, the cups act as a vacuum which suction muscles and skin upward. Great for improving mobility and relieving pain. Your massage therapist will incorporate massage cups on arms, legs, back & neck during your regular massage.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice if you will not be able to make your appointment.
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be invoiced for the full price of the scheduled service.
Clients that cancel less than 24 hrs before their appointment due to illness or emergency will be invoiced for 50% of scheduled service cost. (Unless I can fill your time slot). Client will be billed for full service for any non illness or non-emergency reasons.
Missed appointment payments can be made with a credit or debit card over the phone or with cash or check in person. Payment must be made before your next appointment.

Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for me to stay on schedule for all clients. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension.
For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Forms. Or you can download them from this website and fill them out in advance and bring with to your appointment. For all other appointments, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, to undress and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Massage Termination
Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.
Draping Policy
Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.
